All our team live locally on Phillip Island, helping them understand any local issues.
Robert McLaurin
Lawyer/Partner
Robert icompleted a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and Bachelor of Business at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He lives on Phillip Island with his partner and young daughter. He enjoys the country lifestyle and his other interests include cycling and music.

Deb Leonard

After completing a Commerce/Law degree at Melbourne University, Deb commenced her career at a general practice firm in Benalla, before moving to a busy specialist family law firm in Melbourne. Deb spent much of her childhood at Phillip Island, and moved there permanently in 2008 to open Leonard & Associates.

Rebecca Fairthorne

Rebecca Fairthorne has been a valued member of the Leonard & Associates team since 2017, first as a law clark, and then as a Lawyer once she finished her studies. Rebecca joined the partnership in 2021.
Rebecca grew up on Phillip Island and brings with her a broad range of business experience.

Conveyancing Manager
Jenny Venturin is our Conveyancing Manager and first point of contact for most conveyancing clients. Jenny handles almost all day to day conveyancing matters and oversees each purchase of sale from start to finish.
